Please read these terms before purchasing or publishing a Scratch.
The service
Scratch N Discover provides digital scratch reveals, personal messages, invitations, and business campaigns. These are digital experiences, not physical cards. Samples are demonstrations and do not include redeemable rewards. Purchases and business accounts must be made by an adult authorized to enter the transaction.
Personal Scratches
Choose a design, preview your message, and complete payment before sharing a purchased link. Personal Scratches are for personal messages and invitations; commercial promotions use business access. A purchased Scratch contains the saved message and can be shared by link or QR. Review your wording before payment. Anyone with the link can open or forward it.
Prices and access
Everyday notes are $3.99 for Thank You, Good Morning, and Just Because. Birthdays, small celebrations, and Surprise Trips are $5.99. In between moments such as new jobs, graduations, promotions, and small surprises are $7.99. Milestones, invitations, and reveals are $9.99 with bigger confetti. Upgrade any individual personal design to Premium for $9.99 total, including voice and bigger confetti. Choose five everyday Scratches for $14.99 with the Variety Pack, our best value. Each is a one time purchase with no subscription. Prices are in US dollars. Add Variety Pack messages after payment. Applicable checkout totals control your purchase.
Sender-supplied gifts
An individual personal Scratch can include an optional recipient gift link at no additional Scratch fee. The sender purchases or arranges the gift separately and supplies the correct recipient link. Scratch N Discover does not issue, fund, verify the balance of, or fulfill that external gift. Provider availability and terms apply. Anyone with the Scratch link may access its gift link. Do not include account sign-in links, passwords, full payment-card details, or links you are not authorized to share. Variety Pack cards do not include gift-link attachments.
Make It for Me
The $29 personal service includes one finished personal Scratch using existing artwork, a personal message, an optional photo, one revision, and a share link. New artwork and business campaigns are separate services. Submitting the request form does not place a paid order or guarantee the requested date. Availability, delivery timing, and payment are confirmed before work begins. No underlying gift value is included.
Business plans
Starter is $39 monthly for one active campaign; Pro is $79 monthly for up to five active campaigns. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. A one-time campaign costs $49 and runs for 30 days from publication, without automatic renewal. Drafts may be saved before paid publication. Optional custom artwork costs $149 for one design and one revision; campaign access is sold separately. Custom artwork plus a $49 30-day campaign totals $198 for the first launch. Confirm the custom brief before work begins.
Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in the messages, logos, and content you submit and authorize us to process and display them to provide the experience you request. You must have permission to use that content and share information about other people. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or harmful content, spam, or attempts to bypass payment or access controls. Purchased access does not transfer ownership of the platform or its artwork.
Photo and voice upload rules
Upload only photos, recordings, music, and other material you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to share, including permission from identifiable people where required. Do not upload nudity or sexually explicit material, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate content, graphic violence, threats, hate, harassment, private information shared without permission, impersonation, or other unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Do not upload malicious files or use uploads to bypass service limits.
Content removal and reports
We reserve the right to review, refuse, remove, or disable access to any uploaded content and restrict associated access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, address a complaint, comply with law, or protect people and the service, with or without prior notice where permitted by law. We do not promise to review every upload. Report inappropriate content or rights concerns to hello@scratchndiscover.com with enough information to identify the gift and explain the concern. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Attachment limits and storage
Individual personal cards support one optional photo. The $9.99 Premium option includes one optional voice note and bigger confetti with any personal design; Milestone cards include Premium. The displayed $9.99 is the total card price, not an additional fee. Variety Pack cards do not include voice notes or photo uploads. Existing purchased gifts keep their attachments. Original photo files may be up to 20 MB and are resized to a JPEG of at most 450,000 bytes before upload. Voice recordings may be up to 30 seconds; imported audio may be up to 10 MB before conversion and is stored at a maximum of 960,044 bytes. Unsupported or oversized files are rejected. Local drafts remain until removed or cleared by the browser. Submitted attachments and recipient gift links, including unfinished-checkout uploads, currently have no automatic expiration or scheduled deletion. We retain gift attachments to keep links working until removal following a verified request, a content-policy decision, or service closure, subject to necessary legal retention. Keep your own originals; this is not a permanent backup service. See our Privacy Policy for deletion requests and recipient copies.
Merchant offers and customer details
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy, eligibility, expiry, availability, and fulfillment of their offers, and for providing appropriate notices and permissions when collecting customer details. Do not imply that claiming a reward grants unrelated marketing consent. Use customer details only for disclosed and lawful purposes. Scratch N Discover supplies the campaign software; the named merchant supplies its reward.
Availability and support
Internet, device, and browser conditions may affect sound, animation, and loading. A reveal-without-scratching option is available where provided. Contact us if a paid experience does not work. We may restrict misuse to protect customers and the service. Refund requests and cancellation instructions are described in our Refunds & cancellations policy.
Your rights and changes
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms as the service changes. Changes do not retroactively change the price or purchased access period of an existing order. Contact us with questions about your order or account.
